Subject:  Coverage/Item.pm not installed
With a recent Perl (5.8.8) the "make install" won't install the file
Coverage/Item.pm. Also the test will fail, if there is no old version
of SystemC::Coverage::Item installed. This probably can be fixed by
supplying ExtUtils::MakeMaker::WriteMakefile() with some parameter to
include the modules from Coverage/
