When running version 3.231 of verilog-perl, I get the following errors when reading the attached file:
%Error: test.v:7: syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting ')'

It looks like the parser does not understand the min:typ:max style of annotation for delay values.

I fixed this in git, for next release, 3.232+.
