install problem Verilog-Perl-3.110 #68

Original Redmine Comment The preparser seems to always be returning an empty file. I'm not sure why that is. Please see what this prints (the command the first test is running with --debug added)
Also BTW I just checked the most recent version out of GIT and it works on my fully-up-to-date cygwin on Vista. |

Original Redmine Comment The debug line returns nothing??? That's very odd, it should have a lot of output. Unfortunately you'll have to do some digging yourself as I can't recreate it. Try adding some print statements to script/vppreproc and see if anything gets printed out. BTW I certainly wasn't suggesting an upgrade to Vista and never would ;) - just noting that it does work somewhere under cygwin. You might want to try updating your cygwin packages if you can though, there have been at least 3 occasions I know of where the cygwin g++ program has been broken. |
