Introduction to Rsvn

Written by Bryce Denney and Wilson Snyder <wsnyder@wsnyder.org>.

Rsvn is no longer being supported. It was written at SiCortex, then used at Marvell through 2020 at which point all active projects moved to git.

Rsvn is a wrapper for the svn (subversion) version control system. Rsvn allows automatic dispatching of svn commands to a remote file server. This massively speeds up slow operations when a disk is mounted over NFS (a network file system server).
